Mesa doesn't do

Trey LeTrash Productions started with a simple frustration: Mesa had plenty of places to grab a drink, but nowhere that felt genuinely alive — a spot where the coffee was as thoughtfully made as the cocktails, where the space invited you to linger, and where the vibe matched the energy of the city itself.

So we built it. Right here on East Main, in a neighborhood that deserved better than the same cookie-cutter spots. We sourced local roasters, trained a bar team that actually cares about technique, and designed a room that works just as well at 8 a.m. as it does at 10 p.m.

Today, we're still that same place — just with a longer line at noon and a fuller patio at midnight. Mesa shows up for us. We show up for Mesa.
